James Lee has been working as a chef at Grand Hyatt Singapore since 2004, and was promoted as a Sous Chef in 2015.
With 14 years of experience in the Singapore's food industry. As a father of a 5 year old boy and being a family man. he is very conscious and wary of what's being serve to his family when eating out or take-away.
This made James realised that he wants to create food that is safe, fresh & affordable for everyone!
